Softott AI Cloud provides Precision Background Removal and Nostalgic Colorization & Restoration. The Service is designed for personal and professional image processing applications.
You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload and the final processed images you download. We make no claim of ownership over your user content.
Privacy and data protection are paramount. Any files you upload directly to the Service are held temporarily and are automatically permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.
We firmly guarantee that your uploaded files and generated outputs will never be used for training, fine-tuning, or improving any underlying AI models or algorithms.
You agree not to use Softott AI Cloud to process illegal, non-consensual, highly inappropriate, sexually explicit, or hate-speech related material.
Our pricing plans include recurring subscriptions (1 Month, 1 Year, 2 Years) and a Lifetime (LFT) option. Subscription plans will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. FabTech Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms of Use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
