End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a binding contract between you and FabTech Software Limited governing your usage of the Softott AI Cloud application and services.

Depending on your chosen plan, we grant you a Subscription License (1 Month, 1 Year, 2 Years) or a Lifetime License (LFT). This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject strictly to this Agreement.

You may utilize the functionality provided—including but not limited to our Nostalgic Colorization and Background Removal suites—for personal or commercial projects, as defined by your plan tier.

You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell sub-licenses, overload our API systems intentionally, or launch automated scraping against Softott. Violation terminates your license instantly without refund.

In no event shall FabTech Software Limited be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from your use of the generated output. The service is provided as is.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the service signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Any images you process remain your sole property. However, the pre-trained neural network weights, algorithms, site design, and software architecture constituting Softott AI Cloud remain the exclusive intellectual property of FabTech Software Limited
